The Science
Clinical doses. Science we can back up. Athletes we actually train with.
Every Martial Athletics product is built around one rule: if the research doesn't back it, it doesn't go in the tub.
What 'clinical dose' actually means
Most supplements list ingredients at marketing-friendly doses — a fraction of what's been shown to actually work in published research. Clinical dosing means we hit the amounts that real studies used to produce real effects. The doses you see on the back of a Martial Athletics label match (or beat) the doses used in human performance research.
What we publish on every product page
- Per-serving dose for every ingredient, in milligrams. No proprietary blends.
- What it does in plain language — endurance, blood flow, lactate buffering, oxygen utilization, stress resilience.
- Study reference where the dose is backed by published research.
